Your Headache Diary

iHeadache Tour > Headache Diary

Entering data in your headache diary.

With iHeadache, you record not just when you had a headache, but also information such as the treatments you used, the triggers you think may have caused your headaches, and the symptoms you experienced. You can even record the kind of pain you experienced and the degree to which you were unable to participate in your daily activities. You can add a headache for the current day, or for another day. With iHeadache you record a detailed headache diary that gives you a complete overview of all your headaches.

Your doctor can use this information to help diagnose your headaches and work with you to determine the best treatment. iHeadache can even determine the type of headaches you have, based on how long they last, your symptoms, and the intensity of your pain.

The data you've entered is available to you any time you want. You can select a specific headache to show detailed information about it, including the treatments you used, the pain you experienced, or your symptoms.
